    Can someone tell me if Martin Despain owns any shares in XPE?
    Any performance shares?
    Don't get me wrong I like Marty and think if he is not in XPE then it's finished.
    But why would a potential great company maker not have any share upside in this company and only work for the salary?
    It is baffling
