    What a great post.

I think it is as good of post as any to close this thread off.

I am sure the irony is not lost on anyone that this thread is called "I am back, So is SGH". It was started back on 17 March, just 3 weeks after the H1 announcement when the share price feel off the (original) cliff after the very disappointing H1 results and the immediate questions regarding solvency and the bank loans, but shares rebounded back from a low of around 7c back up to about 12c.

Well, SGH is not back, it was just a temporary swing. The S&G business will go on with new senior management and BOD and new owners (at least 94%).

I think we should remember that while @Krispytech was very optimistic of SGH, he also was not totally blind to the challenges and negatives. Some other posters on this thread just stick their fingers in their ears not even wanting to acknowledge the basic facts.

SGH has lost ~22% in the last three trading days since the recapitalisation announcement. Where will it be in a week? A month? A year? In 3 years? In 5 years?

Well, I think we can (mostly) all agree, that SGH is not back, but the S&G business will continue. Anchorage and the new lenders have won. It is over.

    All in my opinion
