Still of opinion that drilling is done. Last week sometime.Think they usually take about a week to plug and abandon and to clear decks before they ship out. Thinking that special vehicles/tugs assisted in stabilising Stena while it raised BOP or whatever else. See tug manoeuvres yesterday at each side of Stena. Bourbon Clear on its way to Greece.
