"STOP giving directors ANY shares - pay them cash and let them go to the market and buy shares if they are confident we will grow"

above was my very point during the last AGM, I tried to explain that I am more then happy allocating more money to directors and combining it with "milestones met"/performance targets against issuing shares to them

nothing creates more bad perception then dir selling, and if it needs to be done then it should be well organised (off market) and poss reasons explained (still keeping privacy intact, nothing wrong with "personal reason" as a reason)

that's my view
in relation to PR, you don't go for serious job interview wearing shorts and thongs, even if they are brand new
