That is true - but do you not think that no takeover bid would possibly be the best option for long term investors who have faith in the opportunity that lies ahead for PCH? My view is that while the takeover offers will result in small spike in my investment today, the company has many positive developments on the horizon, high roe, excellent margins and better than average barriers to entry through relationships - my view is that over say three years that considerably more value might be created, than any takeover today. Just my 2 cents though!
