Actually, its assuming 1.19%-2.38% of members book a holiday through RAC WA Travel (which is prety high) then 100% conversion on NOR upsell.
I would say 5% max conversion on the upsell so more like 500-1,000 customers per full year.
When you look at the RAC WA annual report, travel forms a small part of their total revenue $13m pa from $676m pa (1.9%). Though not split in the report it is suggested that much of that revenue comes from domestic sites owned by RAC WA. So how many international holidays are really booked through RAC WA?
