Borg never had any involvement in the project even though they hired BorgGeoscience to consult on the projects, but RMX never consulted them on the lithium or the Cobalt and they didn't find the Cobalt project for RMX which many of us assumed since that was what they were brought in to do, help find potential project acquisitions, so they've had essentially zero involvement which wasn't what most holders perceived when it was announced they were brought in as a consultant.

Found that out when I was in touch with BorgGeoscience and asked what their involvement has been with RMX.

So not sure why they hired BorgGeoscience in the first place and never took up their expertise, that was a recent red flag revelation for me.

Could still turn around with the Cobalt project, it has good samples and in a good area which Borg re-affirmed, but more time delay.

Still have decent cash though, so perhaps another acquisition to come for another lithium project or something else.

Essentially it's now a Shell value with cash and a potential cobalt acquisition.
