Yeah it seems the issue was always about securing supply rather than the price of the water.
The grid power (given relatively large mill) and local workforce will be a major help.
This is going to be a big operation. I don't think the market has fully appreciated it yet. The scale is equivalent to DCN's Mt Morgan project at 200koz for ~10 years (including some production for recently acquired deposits nearby).
Should see analysts start to build it into their models now and might see some broker upgrades.
