    well, well, yet another deal for the punters. what to make of it ?

    looks like the best deal yet, more in it for noteholders and prefs, but it will be up to ANZ to approve and they will have to hold for 2 years in escrow, but otherwise it looks like a good offer, but we shall have to wait for the due diligence.
