    IMHO it run hard and will trade a range for a time on what we know ...BUL hasn't traded much time above these level since 2010 and T/A wise has been smashed down from strong resistance 10-11cc levels ...so for this Trader I believe the easy money has been made ..

    With my investor hat on though it has way more upside than downside and what we are seeing currently would be traders happy with great ST gains selling to Long term outlook
