Not so sure ..... third placement to them since 14 November 2016 and total placements now of 98.21 million. First placement on 14 November of 40 million for zero consideration. Were these sellers when share price dropped from high 2c mark? Won't be easy to find out as total holding under the substantial shareholder threshold and so they are not required to notify the market of any change in shareholding. Interesting development and why now? More questions than answers for me and it would be good if the company gave a more comprehensive explanation of what is behind it all.
