I do see where your coming from, i expected them to say no and provide good reasons, they didnt do that. So it wasnt a strong response imo, it looks like the board is just trying to string them along, keep KKR engaged as long as they can. There might be benefits in that.

ASC contract announcements might have a bigger effect on the SP than this dancing, i believe they are expected before full year result.
