I think Dave's track record pretty much speaks volumes with this Raf.
It's probably why we tend to hang on every word He puts in annmnts.
Thing is tho the BoD would surely vet each annmnt and would veto any crumbs fed to the pidgeons they thought inappropriate.
So this by default may circumstantially support what's put in each annmnt.
However as we have seen in this last annnnt it was basic and to the point with a short explanation of why they mentioned the salinity increase.
I'm just hoping the big hint he gave a while back comes to fruition, that being the potential conventional like flow !!!
