It all depends on whether or not in reality ARI was a basket case as stated. There are a lot of people going to make millions out of this at the expense of shareholders who had no say in the final judgement of whether or not ARI was a going concern.

It's a bit of a co-incidence that administration was sought at the most CONVENIENT time of the cycle it's almost as if there was some premonition about the timing and how to maximise profit for some and not for shareholders.

In summary this has been dealt with very poorly from a shareholder point of view. No you don't expect the investment to be risk free nor do you expect it to be stolen from you, theft by the way is still illegal no matter who executes the act!
