Happy to be corrected if I'm wrong....
When people on here are talking about the SP going higher after the merger, they're talking about market sentiment. RWL is a global (based in US?) and not listed here so it won't have a direct effect on the market cap or shares on offer from the merge itself. It will obviously be a massive change to the company fundamentals and future revenue and this is what will effect the SP.
