I think its the end of the current structure or "wave" and a safe time to take profits although doesn't mean its not going to go higher. Break below 11.5c at close signals a re-trace to next support level down. As long as it doesn't close below 11.5c, should be good to continue the uptrend IMO.
Certainly no expert on this and could be totally wrong.
