So are we expected to take the company's interpretation of ASX rules to be correct and valid?
I've read the announcement and understand the company's position. I personally think it is incorrect, however I am no lawyer and I am certainly not ASX or ASIC.
Can we expect a response from ASX as to their position on if HML and the pirate companies are related parties or not?
