Almost sounds as if current management are indifferent about Divan TV and any resulting business venture/revenue stream, especially now that they have both Brazil and Indo contracts signed(with revenue soon to be hitting TV2U accounts)and exceeding initial expectations/interest. Add China and the lateral move into the Hub of Things and Smart Home/Smart Building fields as well as white labelling collaborations and Nick, Andy and Alan's visions may very well lead TV2U to the enviable position of cherry picking only the best deals in the future.
