The ASX query is about the recent acquisitions by JBFG, not about the sale of HML's stake in JBFG.

The ASIC query is about the prospectus for the issue of bonus options, though we don't know exactly what their concerns are.

HML is in voluntary suspension of trading to ensure no trading occurs until everyone is fully informed about the outcome of the stop order that ASIC issued on the prospectus. This has nothing specifically to do with JBL (except that JBL is the funds manager for HML).
