The Board can exclude SH from the CR its entirely at their discretion they may arrange for the uptake to be taken up off market by Investors in "The Know" all been discussed prior to the ANN so we wait and see whats presented.
Im not 100% sure how i feel about being excluded one would consider it insider information really if its not offered to the Market but it does happen.
