If you're acquiring a significant majority stake in two companies, then I think it may be relevant where those companies are from, particularly for a company with only $2.5m in the bank, which I don't think is going to stretch that far, do you?
As for their capabilities and market impact, yes, agree 100%, which is also why the company highlighted "existing established technology companies with proven capabilities and technologies which are cash flow positive to scale up and enter the Asian market."
