Heavy government dependence on oil revenue - at US$ 40+ / barrel there us not much joy or income for the government. The government will eventually turn their eyes to LOM and diamonds . I don't care how smart the management of LOM is the Angolan government will increase taxation and levies on the sale of mined diamonds and LOM will - for all their work and efforts finish up with nothing!
LOM should mine as cheaply as possible with second hand equipment and repatriate as many diamonds and cash as possible; before for the government decided to ' raid the LOM bank'.
