while KSX is a GOOD distraction - IMO it is just that - a distraction. Sure the ann is good for MVH as well but MVH will always run its own tracks in its own time.

the Management not announcing is probably thoughts on other matters - as someone suggested.

it bodes well for us that we have other things to think about with money on the table - means the OTHER thing may potentially be huge.
