more ksx shares to bottom line, page-14

I wish they'd come and offer me 250000 MVHOA's to do their PR for a year ..... there's a lot to like about mvh and they seem to miss many chances to get their message into the mass media ....

as for today's situation i think they have made a concious decision to announce when they actually get the shares .... i presume that under current listing laws the ksx announcement is of such a nature that they are not required to announce until such time as they receive the shares (!?) .....

perhaps they expect KSX to be .15 by the time the shares hit the bank and they want to spruik a $1.5m windfall? perhaps they plan to roll it out as part of the broader market update/financial report that is in the pipeline? perhaps they are not on speaking terms with the old grafting management and missed the ill-timed announcement last night .... ???

oh and why was that announcement put out last night at that time ..... well there's a placement and EGM in the KSX wind of course. They buried that lead.

Classic stuff from you know who, share price runs up and punters buy in .... I'm fully expecting MVH and shareholders to be diluted to billyho by the old firm at KSX ... doesnt mean its not a good stock or good technology, but i'll take my chances with the new management at mvh who have shown a propensity to be straight shooters and not overstate their case too early for the sake of providing daytrading opportunities for birds of the falcon variety. I certainly missed a lot of the run up in ksx from my mistrust of management there, but believe mvh will outperform ksx over the short and long term.

I think on any spike in ksx shareprice mvh should get the cash in the can and leave them too it. I always liked the lung inflation technology, but suspect we would be better off with cash at hand to spend on building our own training centres.
