As far as I can tell Stena remains at 13.645, -17.782. I dont know if much can be inferred about vessel activity from vesselfinder feed other than when it sets sail because one thousandth of a degree = 100 meters.
If the web feed is rounding to 3 decimal places then:
-17.78245 it would result in -17.783
-17.78244 it would result in -17.782
i.e. an actual change of 1 meter in location would result in an apparent 100m move of vesselfinder location if it rounds to 3 decimal places.
