Yep the lender can take over Volt if they default A company which, according to you, needs multiple millions of dollars working capital, is unlikely to be able bank on the conversion of options because the SP price will be too low as its going to crash down to 0.001c, the project contains poor quality graphite that is not worth mining as the TGC is too low, in a country, you say ,has just made mining impossible....l quote from you Tanzania is "another short sighted and corrupt African country and the real money won't touch". As for the MOU's and offtake agreement you also deem them worthless and you predict the oversupply of graphite worldwide will result in plummeting graphite prices. Now why in the world would the lender want to take over such a useless hunk of dirt in a foreign corrupt country to mine low grade graphite that is worth nothing that no one will buy. Perhaps they have as bad a management team as you say Volt has. LOL
