    Hi trav,

    Hope you are right but why the delay when they could of got the waiver weeks ago? Seems silly for blackrock to agree to it if they are also in negotiations for the company when they could just get it by saying the company defaulted. Not having a go at you, just putting myself in thr bond holders shoes.
