    not the way l interpreted it Sam l am under the opinion that you are taking out a loan to convert your options and you are responsible for repaying the loan at some point at which time you get your shares out of escrow Another point l am not sure of is whether its compulsory to make interest payments 6 monthly and as to what occurs if you miss payment but l may have it all wrong and you may be right as you say be good to get clarification
