    As has already been pointed out by others here the CA will be effectively between MB and the insurance company. All Anchorage wants is the compensation is capped to the insurance limit. IMO that's what's currently being argued about. I think the directors should be fully accountable for every single cent they lost shareholders with accounting tricks and outright BS.
