@going4asurf Thanks for that mate. What worries me the most is the quality of those apps. Such low ratings. I understand that company is tackling the un-banked, but I feel that they are neglecting the banked part of their business. There is still a lot to be made on the banked population too. A good user experience will surely accelerate customer acquisition. I can't help to feel that if the MetroBank app was any good, those 2.5 million users would of been on-boarded by now...
A CR to overhaul the current apps with a focus on user experiences wouldn't be a bad move in my eyes.
