    Marla, why did you think BR originally agreed to the provision about FW? Can't see the logic behind it from their point of view and I am glad its gone.

    I wonder though, if FW and his backers will try to legally challenge it with BR/us? I am no lawyer but seems like its hard to override a contract like that. Just going from the AFR article here:
