DW should get someone else to write the announcements and he just sign off on them. He doesn't seem to have any grasp on how to word them with an appropriate level of positivity. This lock in announcement could have been delivered in a much better way IMO while still being truthful in its delivery. Impressions are everything and he has failed in his method of delivery with the last few announcements.
