Anyone with shares in a super fund (to clarify not SMSFs but regular funds managed by financial companies) will be forced to sell their shares if the company is not traded on the ASX. I am in this case and if the shares do not pick up before the relocation then I will be subject to a big loss. Also I would like to participate in the future success of the company but again limited if the above scenario happens. This is what will leave a lot of Aussie shareholders in the lurch.
