    Definitely good for the company, provides a clean slate and admits no fault. Well done to Anchorage.

    This is however contingent on the recapitalisation going through so while it's good for the company, not so much for existing holders. 95%+ dilution means they don't really get the benefit from this aside from not going into admin.
