I've noticed you follow broker announcements with a good deal of interest. Surely then, you've noticed a couple of things by now. Such as: (1) their targets move around with the same sort of randomness as the markets themselves, and (2) they tend to change their minds when it feels safe to do so (ie, when the prevailing mood has already started changing).
As such, what value do you think there is in keeping an eye on this sort of thing?
