The delay is not good. It is more of the same and I'm not impressed.
Last minute deals are rarely good deals. Like Bergen after the canadian bailed.
Late means under pressure and that means negotiating from a weak position.
The ducks should have been lined up in a row a week ago and the announcement made then.
