I hope we will translate 11,000 feet of Frac Fluid into a columnn of oil at 11,000 feet. The FF is heavier than the oil (blend of several HC's), so it follows that if the FF is being expelled at its current pressure from the vertical column, then if we lighten the load by removing say 500m of FF from the column, then 500m of oil will be pushed up behind it. The Oil, being lighter will result in increased 8flow once the shale pressure re-stabilises (as following the initial extraction of FF, the Bottom Hole Pressure will drop). Even if a choke is used the energy required to push FF or oil up to the surface derives from the pressure and heat energy generated in the shale layer. Any mechanical interferance (like using swabs8, pump or nitrogen) will require a period of stabilisation to re-establish a state of equilibrium before the rate of production/flow can be measured.
