Charting this type of stock with little cash in the bank in my opinion is impossible. To many variables affecting the share price.
You either believe it will come good on its promises and technology or you dont.
I think the technology is good but the current financial state is bad.
Thats why I believe they will put away another placement at lower prices shortly
