Not good but then they are probably getting inundated with calls and inquiries. Everyone who has invested will feel the pain at the moment. Can you imagine how happy (not) the top 20 are. I'm sure they also want to talk and understand whether their investment is safe. So even though it's not great to be ignored, it's probably better for them to focus on getting some good news out next time they release an announcement rather than speak to the many unhappy investors but who knows what is really going on.
