    Yes SP is drifting down again. Perhaps it is making way for the buy back to finish? Not.

    What is needed to move sp to mid 40s? Quarterly? When are we expecting the quarterly? Will there be some (positive) surprises? Will there be a an agreement signed (for anything will do)?

    Absent of the above, the sp will just flat at this range or drift down... disappointing to say the least.
