"Since the date of the appointment of the Administrators of the Company, control of the Company has been with the Administrator. Under the terms of the recapitalisation proposal made by Ascent Capital, which was approved by creditors on 28 March 2003 and approved by Shareholders on 18 August 2003, the current Directors were elected. All former office holders vacated their positions on 18 August 2003. The current Directors are Mr David Steinepreis, Mr Hugh Warner and Mr Gary Steinepreis who are also directors of Ascent Capital. It is the intention of the Directors to continue with the development of the Company’s Intellectual Property via the Joint Venture with Dr Van Saarloos and Mr Gordon and to also review potential business opportunities for investment.
