In Melbourne wealthy people buy expensive houses to live in and median houses to rent out, some middle income income people rent or buy median houses, other middle Income buy median / low value houses to live in or rent out all under mortgage, hoping to move up into the wealthy club. Low income people work for minimum casual wages or collect welfare to rent off the mortgaged medians.
