Don't be too hard on them. They had several weeks of fun but now they must be getting a bit worried that they missed a very reasonable transfer (dare I say 'a fair and reasonable offer') but allowed the beating down of the LIT share price to put them off allowing the two companies to set up a stronger venture. It is looking very much like they will have missed a significant ride up in the LIT share price.
At least the LPD management will be very happy to have retained their salaries (paid by the LPD shareholders).
