The status is as follows:

The final signoff from RMOH requires two officials to sign. One has already signed and the other has been on some sort of leave (was expected back a few days ago). Expectation is/was that he will be back today or Monday at the latest. No technical hitch as such just the timing issue now.

I hope this guy returns quick smart on Monday (if he has not already turned up for work today).
