I'm just thinking out loud; would it be feasible to transport the raw material from Root Lake, Root Bay and Wisa Lake to the lithium processing plant in Seymour? All these sites are within roughly 700km of each other. Maybe that's why the plant at Seymour is being designed to process more raw material.
Saving the trouble of building a plant at each location which probably wouldn't be feasible.
