    Whyllie Holdings very big and rich WA family...obviously seen the value in this company and the potential in the land holdings.. plus a guaranteed dividend for 3 years aint half bad...

    Im happy to hold , given the success of the people behind the ARk Fund , im sure they know what they are doing..

    Im assuming you are from QLD so you look after the land holdings over there ill look after the ones here.....
