They will need cash.
They have a marketing program and research to complete.
Existing revenue would appear to be non existent.
If the program has legs they will get a "sophisticated" investor placement with a minimal offer to existing shareholders.
If not.........who knows.
I am beginning to get the sense that the shoe string budget is bringing many pressures that could cause an unravelling of the project.
You cannot have less than 12 months cash left to run a developing business without something happening.
