a company that has been talked to death and survived finally with a Recapitaliztion finally done which favour note holders and small retailers only got back the value of 5% of that company....

look at it today, big jump from 8c to 10c...

QIN imo has lots of tangible assets and brighter future so as long as debt and equity recap finally reached, which i strongly believe, Qin will back on track then...

might not back $1 per share, 60-80c with $40m short cover squeeze could give it a go very likely.....

whoever talked down here won't affect the talk even by 1 cent because Big boys in the talk won't care to read HC so choose to let it be shorter or whoever,,,...
