Commsec....
Buy T 0 sell T+1 the trades will cancel
Sell T +2 your acc will be debited T+3 & credit T+5 OR
Sell T 0 & they will cancel buys on T +2

So they sneak a day when it's in their favour.

It's a little late for this financial year but if you want to establish a higher cost base for a share you wait till there is plenty of depth on the buy and sell side then....

T 0 sell
T 0 buy (just a few shares less of the same stock)

All will work out ok so long as you don't put your acc into debit...........Did it on Friday !
