We must be well down the path with merger negotiations if that is the case and the broker has been brought in to assist in finalizing terms, because there is no way they could do it from a fresh start between now and 2 October.
I support the fact that DIA is ours for now but I'm not sure that will be the case after 2 October.
Again, the statement isn't clear enough to determine the direction to be taken. We need to know more.
